Especially in midlife... the advice we're given often keeps us stuck.
But when you already know that something in your life needs to change, more thinking doesn't create clarity. Sometimes it becomes another way to delay the choice you already know is yours.

Here's the reality...
Most women at an inflection point are not confused because they lack insight or tools. They're confused because they've been trained to distrust what they know.
Years of being responsible, capable, thoughtful, and self-aware can slowly turn into self-abandonment, especially when everyone else’s needs and reactions become the focal point instead of what works for you.
Staying stuck often comes from waiting for certainty. Analyzing every angle, questioning every desire, and using tools to postpone the choice your life is screaming at you to make.

It's uncomfortable.
You may not get full permission.
Not everyone will understand.
You may have to disappoint someone.
Your plans may change once you tell yourself the truth.
You may have to stop making your clarity dependent on someone else’s reaction.
Becoming the authority in your own life means learning to tolerate the discomfort of choosing honestly.
Exciting, right??
Ironically, when you stop fighting the true nature of self-trust, and set aside the idea that you need certainty, permission, or a perfect plan before you move, making a decision becomes the most honest and liberating pursuit imaginable.
Nothing compares to it.
You stop outsourcing your permission and start trusting what you know.
You have the opportunity to make choices from clarity instead of guilt, fear, or obligation.
You experience the quiet relief of no longer turning your desires, limits, and feelings into evidence against you.
You break free from the exhausting cycle of overthinking, self-doubt, and waiting for everyone else to understand before you let yourself move.

Through my work with women navigating midlife questions, relationship patterns, identity shifts, and moments of deep personal reckoning, I’ve learned this: Most women do not need to be fixed. They need to stop making themselves wrong. They need a place where the truth can be spoken and received without immediately being managed, minimized, justified, or turned into a five-year plan.
That’s why I created this private 12-week coaching experience.
This work is designed to help you separate your voice from guilt, fear, conditioning, and obligation so you can stop negotiating with yourself, move from insight into choice, and make clear, self-directed decisions without blowing up your life to do it.
The Details:
This is a private 12-week 1:1 coaching experience for women in midlife who know something in their life needs to change, but keep talking themselves out of what they already know. I am specifically looking for women who are successful, capable, and self-aware, and still feel stuck in the same decision, relationship, pattern, or problem. This work is for you if you are ready to stop making everyone else’s needs, reactions, expectations, and opinions part of a decision that ultimately belongs to you.
Joining requires a commitment to 12 weeks of honest, focused coaching, because self-trust is not built through one breakthrough conversation. It is built by practicing clarity, truth-telling, and self-directed choice over time.
My goal is for you to leave this experience with a clearer relationship to your own voice, your own desires, your own limits, and your own next right decision. This is not a casual advice container. This is not a place to be talked into blowing up your life. And this is not about forcing a dramatic decision before you are ready. This is a focused coaching experience for women who are ready to stop using insight to postpone a choice.
The results are powerful when you stop. making yourself wrong and begin choosing from self-trust instead of guilt, fear, or obligation.
The program is founded on three essential elements:
#1
Most women do not arrive here because they have no idea what they want.
They arrive because the truth feels inconvenient, disruptive, selfish, disloyal, embarrassing, or too late.
So they minimize it. They explain it away. They try to be more grateful. They wonder if they are overreacting. They turn their own clarity into a character flaw.
In this part of the work, we slow down long enough to name what is actually true without immediately judging it, managing it, fixing it, or making it mean you have to act before you are ready.
This includes:
Naming what you actually want.
Identifying what you are no longer okay with.
Seeing where you keep overriding yourself.
Letting your desires, limits, and feelings exist without turning them into evidence against you.
Separating honesty from impulsivity.
Learning how to tell the truth without making yourself the villain.
The goal is not to blow up your life. The goal is to stop abandoning yourself in order to keep things comfortable.
#2
Once the truth is on the table, the next layer is usually noise.
Your partner’s reaction. Your children’s needs. Your family’s expectations. Your friends’ opinions. Your old identity. Your conditioning. Your guilt. Your fear. Your need to be understood before you let yourself move. This is where many women lose themselves again. They are not weak. They are relational, responsible, thoughtful, and used to considering everyone.
In this part of the work, we separate your voice from the voices, roles, fears, and obligations that have become tangled up in a decision that ultimately belongs to you.
This includes:
Identifying which voices are shaping the decision.
Understanding the difference between fear, guilt, and knowing.
Seeing where people-pleasing or over-responsibility is running the process.
Clarifying what is yours to decide and what is not.
Rebuilding trust in your own perception.
Letting other people have feelings without handing them authority over your life.
The goal is not to stop caring about other people. The goal is to stop making everyone else’s reaction the final vote.
#3
Clarity matters, but clarity alone is not the finish line. At some point, you have to choose.
That does not mean you need to make the biggest, most dramatic, most irreversible decision possible. It means you need to stop using analysis as a hiding place and identify the next honest-for-you move.
In this part of the work, we turn insight into grounded, self-directed action carefully, honestly, and without creating unnecessary chaos.
This includes:
Making one or more clear decisions.
Identifying the next honest step.
Understanding what needs to change now and what does not.
Practicing clean, responsible communication.
Preparing for discomfort without letting it run the show.
Moving forward without waiting for perfect certainty.
The goal is not to blow up your life. The goal is to become a woman who can trust herself enough to move.
That’s the foundation of The Stop Making Yourself Wrong Accelerator Program
What else is included:
This is a private coaching experience, which means the heart of the work happens in direct conversation — with high-touch support around it so you are not left trying to hold everything alone between sessions.
For 12 weeks, you'll have:
Unlimited voice access to me through Voxer
Unlimited private Zoom coaching sessions as needed
A clear place to bring the decision, pattern, relationship, or situation you’re navigating
Support between insight and action, so you can practice choosing differently in real time
You do not have to wait for the next scheduled call to bring what is happening in your real life. When the self-doubt shows up, when the old pattern starts running, when you are about to talk yourself out of what you know — we can work with it while it is happening.
The space is designed to help you slow down, tell the truth, and move with clarity not rush yourself into a dramatic decision before you are ready. You will have room to bring the complexity of your real life: the people you love, the responsibilities you carry, the patterns you’re tired of repeating, and the truth you can no longer unknow.

This is where self-trust becomes something you practice, not just something you understand.

Christel has coached and facilitated women since 2015, helping over 773 customers and clients untangle the decisions, patterns, stories, hidden judgments, and blind spots that keep them stuck in place.
Beginning her work after navigating major reinventions in her own life — including seven international moves, multiple career changes, three marriages, leaving abusive and painful family dynamics, and learning to trust herself through decisions that did not always make sense to everyone else — Christel brings lived experience to the work she now does with women.
Most recently, she made the difficult decision to leave her third marriage after staying five years longer than she knew was right for her. There was no single dramatic reason. She had to stop making herself wrong for what she knew and trust that choosing herself was the best thing for her life and future.
Now, Christel works with women who are successful, capable, and self-aware — and still stuck in a decision, relationship, pattern, or problem they cannot seem to think their way out of.
She is known for seeing the exact place someone is running from themselves: the stories, patterns, hidden judgments, and internal negotiations they cannot yet see on their own. Her work is warm, direct, and deeply honest.
Christel has been in business for more than 11 years, has been featured in the media, and has hosted a podcast with over 850,000 downloads.
Her 12-week private coaching experience is designed for women in midlife who are ready to stop making themselves wrong, separate their own voice from everyone else's, and make clear, self-directed decisions without blowing up their lives to do it.
I kept returning to feelings of not being good enough. It limited my vision and my willingness. It kept me small.
I’d had experiences with someone who would really tear me down in person. I absolutely dreaded meeting with her, and I felt like I had to take it. I carried that fear with me. I was preoccupied with pleasing others and with what they thought of me.
My work with Christel has helped me uncover things I couldn’t seem to get to on my own. She asks questions that help us find the things I’m ignoring. It’s exciting to be asked those questions and notice what comes out of me.
I actually believe in my power more than I did before, versus just saying it. I still experience doubt, but I feel differently about my own capability. I’m much less hard on myself. I have a different relationship with myself now. Life is more exciting when I enjoy being me more. I’m happier.
